About the gathering
Our intention for this gathering is to give folks an opportunity to go inward, to find relative stillness in our busy city & busy lives, to take pause and reflect on our inner worlds.
Waves is meant to denote brain waves, sound waves & waves of life. This is the start of a new series we are testing out where we guide you through a meditation of a different theme each time we gather. The meditation then dissolves into a deep listening experience where our ambient artist, Revival, provides a kind of sonic cleanse as the sounds they curate wash over us.
If you have attended sonic kissa in the past, it is similar but with more specific meditations and softer music.
Journals & cozy attire encouraged.
